We are a professional team of three senior developers (10+ years each), building a modular Unity project since Dec 2025. This is a serious, scalable foundation for future commercial ventures.
We are seeking a dedicated Animator to join on an equal revenue-share basis. Responsibilities include rigging and animating characters in your preferred 3D software (Blender or similar), producing high-quality sprite sheets, and integrating them into Unity. Animations can be previewed instantly. You'll also enhance environmental motion within Unity.
Scope: Main characters require high-detail precision; bosses and environments require substantial technical work; minions/enemies are simpler but must meet overall quality. Combining 3D renders with 2D enhancements (smears, stretches, expressions) is highly valued. Experience with 3D creation and painting is mandatory; 2D animation is a strong advantage.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in character/element animation, mandatory portfolio, English (French a plus), timezone +/-2h CET/CEST.
Commitment: Minimum 4h/day (or equivalent weekly). Strict confidentiality; assets cannot be shared upfront. Full project details provided post-NDA.
